Ordering A written order may be required when delivery or shipping is involved. The customer is solely responsible for proper vehicle/product identification. Inspection and fit-up is recommented prior to painting to insure proper fit. Painted Hoods are not returnable
Warranties All goods are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship when received. All warranties are limited to and not to exceed cost of defective product. Inspection and fit-up is recommended prior to painting to insure proper fit.
Freight Policy All shipments are F.O.B. Dallas, TX, unless other arrangements have been made.
Damaged Goods Every effort has been made to ensure your order has been accurately and properly packaged. If for any reason there is anything missing, please contact us immediately.
It is the responsibility of the carrier for delivery of the merchandise in good condition. If you receive an opened or damaged package/crate, have the driver write "DAMAGED" on the delivery sheet. Contact the delivering freight carrier so they can send a representative to inspect the damaged package/crate.
If the damage is not noticed until the merchandise is unpacked, notify Dawson immediately by phone and in writing. You must file your claim within 5 days of the original delivery date. Dawson International, Inc. is not responsible for damage received in transmit, however we can assist in the handling of your claim.
Returned Goods No goods will be accepted for return without a return goods authorization (RGA) number from Dawson Truck Parts. Request must state condition of goods and reason for return. Returned goods will have shipment methods arranged by Dawson and will be subject to a restock and handling charge of 25%. Depending upon the condition of crating/packaging there may be a charge to repackage the goods. If the returned items have been improperly repackaged and damage has resulted, reduced or no credit may be given. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be considered after 30 days for the original delivery date.
